The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The General Manager was always on hand to provide advice and information, and was even up for a game of tavla in the evenings. The bar staff provided great service, ensuring everyone was served quickly and with a smile. The daily cleaning service was top-notch, with the cleaner always being friendly and ensuring our stay was comfortable. the staff's constant attention to guests and their dedication to providing excellent service made our holiday enjoyable.
The food at the hotel was not up to par, with reused and poorly prepared dishes. The limited food options forced us to go to a local shop to find something suitable for the kids to eat.

The location was perfect, just a short distance from the airport and easy to find. the facilities were impressive, with a great pool area and modern rooms. the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always on hand to help. Best of all, the food was delicious and there was plenty of choice on offer.
That the room was a bit small and cramped, with limited storage space. this was a minor issue and didn't detract from our overall experience.
